Hi. Welcome to Delicate Dishes LLC located in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Thank you so much for taking the time to visit. Our menu is set up according to rental categories to make browsing easy. All the tableware collections have been carefully curated of beautiful vintage pieces to enhance your event’s design and aesthetic. There are also a number of vase and candle holder options. A wishlist is available to save items as you browse the rental options. All pictures are easily shareable to Pinterest to add to your design board.

Please note: Delicate Dishes LLC does not rent tables, chairs, other furniture, table cloths or napkins.

I am currently booking November & December 2025 and all of the 2026 season, please add the items you would like to rent to a Wishlist and then go into the Wishlist and submit it to me with the details (pop form) about your event, so I can check the availability of your date and the items you are interested in renting. (See more information about the Wishlist below)

Once I know what you would like to rent, I look at the items & services that are already booked for that weekend and I determine if I can meet your request. If I am not able to help you personally, than I will provide you with a list of other vendors that you can check with.

Location & Pick-ups

I am located in Kalamazoo, Michigan, however, I often work with clients that have their events in other parts of Michigan, in Indiana, in Illinois or in Ohio. Items can be picked up a day or two before your event and returned a day or two after (for weekend events, returns are Monday or Tuesday). I am not able to ship items due to possible breakage, loss or delays.

If your venue is out of state and you are not able to pick up and return, let me know and I will send you a list of some rental vendors in your state or surrounding area that carry some similar inventory. (Visit the ‘Contact Kirsten’ page and click on the “Contact Kirsten for Out of State Referrals” button.)

To Get a Quote, please:

Create a Wishlist for your event with the items/quantities you are interested in. Then go into the Wishlist and hit the submit button. A pop-up form will appear to collect the information I need about your event. Fill this out and send it to me and I will check the availability of the items for your date and, if available, send you a rental agreement to review.

Please note: You can only add 500 pieces to your Wishlist. If you need to add more than 500 pieces to your Wishlist, please add just 1 of each of any place setting components you like (ex. 1 dinner plate, 1 goblet, 1 flatware set), but add actual quantities for any decor or serving pieces you are interest in renting. On the pop-up form it will ask your guest count so I will know how many place settings you actually need.
