Thank you so much for taking the time to visit our website. The menu is set up by rental category to make your browsing easy.
All the tableware collections have been carefully curated of beautiful vintage pieces to enhance your event’s design and aesthetic. There are goblet collections and china collections to fit just about any color scheme. We also have a number of vase and candle holder options to create the perfect centerpieces. All pictures are easily shareable to Pinterest to add to your design board and share.
A wishlist is available to save items as you browse and you can choose to send it to us to receive a quote and start the booking process.
Please note:
We are filling up fast for the 2026 season. We are currently only taking new bookings for dates after July, 20, 2026.
Delicate Dishes LLC does not rent tables, chairs, furniture, table cloths or napkins.
We do work with some clients from neighboring states (depending on distance), but we DO NOT ship rentals due to possible damage, loss and/or shipping delays. If you are looking for items similar to ours, and are too far outside of Michigan to pick up & return items, please visit the ‘Out of State Vendors’ page to see any vendors we know about in your state.
To start, please:
Look through our inventory and add the items you would like to rent to a Wishlist. Please include the quantities you are interested in. To submit the Wishlist you must go into the Wishlist (heart) and hit the submit button at the bottom. A pop-up form will appear to collect the information we need about your event. Please fill this out and send it to us and we will check the availability of the items for your date and, if available, send you a rental proposal to review. (If your total rentals will add up to more than 500 pieces, please see the special instructions below).

For rentals that add up to over 500 items:
Due to a Squarespace website limitation, you can only add a maximum of 500 items total to your Wishlist. If due to the size of your guest list + decor you will need to rent more than 500 items for your event, please add just 1 of each of any place setting components you like (ex. 1 dinner plate, 1 goblet, 1 flatware set), but add real quantities for any decor, dessert table or serving pieces you are interest in renting. Once you have added items to your Wishlist, go into the Wishlist by clicking on the heart. At the bottom of the Wishlist you will see a button to submit the Wishlist. Click this and a pop-up form will come up for you to fill in with all the details we need about your event. Make sure to fill in the highest number of guests that might attend in the ‘Number of Guests’ field so that the right number of place setting pieces can be quoted for you.

Location & Pick-ups
We are located in Kalamazoo, Michigan, however, we often work with clients that have their events in other parts of Michigan, in Indiana, in Illinois or in Ohio. Items can be picked up a day or two before your event and returned a day or two after (for weekend events, returns are Monday or Tuesday). We are not able to ship items due to possible breakage, loss or delays.
If your venue is out of state and you are not able to pick up and return, you can visit our ‘Out of State Vendor’ page to find some rental vendors in your state or surrounding area that carry some similar inventory.
